About David Richeson
David Richeson is a Senior Course Instructor at The Institute for Hermetic Philosophy. For over ten years, he has taught courses and seminars on various topics in personal development such as: money mastery, relationships, communication, motivation, overcoming fears, time-management, and how all of these issues may be improved through increased self-awareness. He completed his undergraduate study in Philosophy at Brown University, and is the author of several stage plays and screenplays as well as this book.
360° Success (the book and the blog) has been developed by Mr. Richeson as an application of the teachings of Dr. Dario Salas Sommer (below). Dr. Sommer has approved the publication of this book, which is based on his teachings.

About Dario Salas Sommer
As a Doctor in Philosophy, a writer, and a filmmaker, Dario Salas Sommer, Ph.D. has been committed to the progress of humanity and the internal development of the human being for more than four decades.
In 1970, he founded the Institute for Hermetic Philosophy, headquartered in Santiago, Chile. The mission of this non-profit organization is the moral and spiritual perfection of the human being. Dr. Sommer is the Director of this world wide Institute, which has branches in the United States, Chile, Spain, Argentina, Venezuela, Columbia and Russia.
In September 2003, Dario Salas was made honorary Scientific Consul for Latin America by the Russian Academy of Science and Arts of the Union. He also received the Vernadzcovo Prize from the Russian Academy of Encyclopedia, which awards outstanding individuals for their contributions to the development and betterment of humanity.
Dr. Salas Sommer is a member of the Russian Writers Association and an honorary professor and academician of the Russian Academy of Safety, Defense and Order (ABOP).
The Academy of Natural Sciences in Russia distinguished him with the Ekomir award. This award is usually given for work related to ecology, but in this case, it was given to Dr. Salas Sommer because of his new scientific focus: Moral Physics™. He was also awarded the title of Knight of Science and Arts by Russia’s principal cultural organization, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RAEN).
He is renowned internationally as an author and philosopher, and has written several books under the pseudonym of John Baines on Operative Philosophy™. To date, his books have been translated into Spanish, English, German, Arabic, Portuguese, Latvian, Bulgarian, Italian, Korean and Russian.
Dr. Salas Sommer lives in Santiago, Chile and currently spends his time giving conferences in various countries and directing the pedagogic activities of the Institute for Hermetic Philosophy in its international branches. His time is also dedicated to independent scientific research in the area of consciousness and natural health.
