Beginning my Detox from Toxic Mercury Dental Amalgam Fillings

I have been sick more in the past 9 months than I have in the previous 9 years. A lot of flu-like symptoms, fever, body aches, etc. I kept wondering what was happening. And then I realized what it was.

I have been getting my old silver amalgam dental fillings removed over the past 9 months because the mercury that is in them is toxic to the body. Mercury attacks the brain and has been linked to many symptoms and conditions, such as:

• Nervousness
• Irritability
• Lack of concentration
• Loss of memory & self-confidence
• Mood swings
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Fatigue
• Brain-fog
• Vision Problems
• Insomnia
• Infertility
• Low libido
• PMS
• Allergies & Auto-immune diseases
• Autism
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Alzheimer’s
• And other effects…

In fact, the effects of mercury on the brain are so well-known that the expression “Mad as a Hatter,” actually comes from the fact that mercury was previously used in the hat-making business, and the “hatters” would become “mad” from exposure to the hazardous substance.

If you didn’t know that the silver amalgam fillings that most dentists put into our mouths are incredibly toxic, you should watch the video below:

You can see exactly all of the damage that mercury does to the neurons in the brain by looking at this video:

And if you still need more convincing, check out this BBC Documentary called “Poison in the Mouth”:

What I didn’t realize is that getting the fillings out actually sends more mercury into your body in the short-term. And my body was reacting. I was feeling sick and rather fatigued. So, I began researching what I should do to detoxify my body.

There was so much information out there on both natural and pharmaceutical methods to remove the mercury from my body.

Since I try to stay away from all pharmaceuticals unless absolutely necessary, I chose the natural path. After LOTS or research, I found one website particularly helpful. Click here to check it out.

There was a lot of great information on mercury toxicity and the ways to remove it. Of course, they recommended their own method, but my research showed that their well-stated reasons made a lot of sense. So, I ordered their Detoxification Support Pak.

It arrived today, and the first thing I did was try the Heavy Metal Screen Test. It showed that my body was very much like a rock radio station in the 80’s—chock full of heavy metal.

So, I immediately made a bath with the Bentonite Clay, which is supposed to detoxify the body through the skin. The bath felt great. I felt lighter and more energized afterwards.

I also started using their Bio-Chelat, which they say safely removes the mercury from the organs, including the brain (where it causes so many of the harmful effects and damage we noted above).

I’m also going to try some Natural Detoxifying Foot Pads that you wear while you sleep. I don’t know if they’ll work, but I had to give them a try because they looked so interesting. I’ll let you know if they work.

Now that you are more informed about the effects of mercury toxicity in the body, I hope you will try a Heavy Metal Screen Test yourself and see just how much mercury (and other dangerous heavy metals) you have in your body. The test is very inexpensive and easy.

I plan to continue with the Bentonite Baths weekly, and to use the Bio-Chelat daily. I will test myself monthly to see my progress, and I’ll report it to you on this blog. I’m excited to get all of that stuff out of me.

It you still have (or have ever had) silver amalgam fillings in your teeth, I strongly recommend that you take the test yourself. For your own health and welfare.
