How to Keep Yourself Healthy

Let’s face it, getting sick sucks. If you’re working to accomplish goals and better yourself, you have to keep yourself healthy. Who has time to get sick? I am rarely sick (knock on wood)—let me share with you how I keep myself healthy.

  1. Regular maintenance:
    1. I exercise 4-6 times per week (for between 30 - 60 minutes per day): Aerobic exercise helps the body to get rid of waste products that can lead to illness.
    2. I keep a positive attitude– positive thoughts keep you healthy. Negative thoughts attract illness.
    3. I drink lots of water: Helps to keep the body clean.
    4. I keep my body alkaline: I use products such as Himalayan Crystal Salt and Innerlight Supergreens (see the 360 Recommends page), along with a diet with enough fresh fruits and vegetables, to keep my body’s pH above 7. What does this mean? Well, basically having an alkaline body means that your body has spare electrons. These electrons are available to repair damage that may occur in other cells—which can lead to illness.

  1. All hands on deck:
    1. Even with all the prevention (because I am not always perfect with keeping all the preventative measures above), sometimes I start to feel the first sniffles of a cold. That’s when I bring out the big guns—Wellness Formula. This stuff’s got every natural immune booster known to man in it. And, man, it works. Just use it as directed and watch how fast you feel better. One word of caution: Always keep taking the Wellness Formula for a few days after you feel better, just to allow your immune system to finish the job.

Any other thoughts? What are your favorite preventative measures when you’re getting sick?
